First and foremost, follow all of the Proboards general rules; you must be at least thirteen years of age, and keep the content PG-13. Explicitly adult content (sex, drugs, violence, etc.) will get our boards taken down.
→ Literacy is required, please! Most internet browsers have spell check now, so don't be afraid to use those resources! Also, every post you make doesn't have to be super long (hello, writer's block!), but try to put in a little effort -- use details!
→ We have the right to refuse membership to anyone, and the right to take it away. If you are blatantly breaking the rules, you will be issued a warning. If you fail to get your act together, we will not hesitate to delete your account.
→ Use some form of "ooc" when not typing in character. On that note, don't go crazy and have long conversations in general role play boards. Save your conversations for the CBox and general chat boards.
→ Please have your character's first and last name as your display name, and a picture of them as your avatar. Please also have their name, age, and status (single, taken, etc.) in your signature. Also, should you choose to have a picture(s) of your character in your signature, don't make it too big. If you stretch the page, that's a problem.
→ Be active! We know that life is busy, so just try to post as much as possible. If you know you will be inactive for a while (vacation, working, school, or just want to take a break), just let an admin know so you are not moved to the inactive character board!
→ Wait for your character to be approved by an administrator before posting! We will review all applications as quickly as possible; just be patient.
