A lot of people have questions about how to get going, so here it is:
Submit your character application by creating a thread for your character under the 'Character Applications' sub-board under Student Registration and filling out the description format (found here). An administrator will read your description and decide whether or not to approve it as soon as possible. If you are denied, you can always make revisions and re-apply. Once you are approved, your thread will be moved to the appropriate sub-board.
Create their things (cell phone, dorm, etc.) and start contacting people and making friends, or enemies!
